Custom wet molded leather SOG Power Pliers Sheath
This is a custom made wet molded sheath. The wet molding process allows the leather to be formed to the item for a fit that is snug as a glove.
I chose to use 8-9 ounce vegetable tanned leather that I finished in black with a metallic finish. Trimming this sheath is gold T350 thread.
The back strap is riveted in place with copper rivets and burrs for the ultimate durable construction.
Feel free to call, text or email me regarding your custom sheath.

MAG-LITE XL50 sheath
This is my new custom leather sheath for my MAG-LITE XL50 flashlight. Its triple layer vegetable tanned leather. The top piece is tooled. All the layers are glued and then double stitched. Initially, I stitched it with white bonded nylon 277 thread. This was a little loud for my taste, so I stripped off the white and settled on black bonded nylon 348 thread.
Just call me for an order.

SOG Power Pliers Sheath
This is a custom made SOG PowerLock leather sheath. I wet moulded the top to fit the tool perfectly. This is a one of a kind piece.
The leather is hand rubbed to a beautiful dark cherry color that fades to black. The front and rear halves were glued, stitched with whiteT270 bonded thread and then I riveted the sides for added strength.
The back strap is built to keep this sheath right at your side and will accommodate belts up to 1.75" wide. It is also secured with copper rivets...so it is rock solid!
